The Inspection Flap is made to match the dimensions of the tiling. For this purpose, dimensions of the tiles and the joint width are required, which indicate the dimensions of A and B.
The dimensions D and E always remain the same.
Dimension C correspons to the respective cladding thickness.
■ Variants:
For "tiling into the door leaf": The aluminium profile is flush with the GKBI plate. The tiles are placed on the profile.
For "tiling into the frame": The aluminium profile is higher than the GKBI plate. This creates a tiled tub.
Advantage: Easier installation for tilers and precise finish.
